Beef fillet - Rinderfilet

Beef fillet (cooked sous-vide at 53,5°C for 80 min.) on buttered rice with a blackberry-red wine- chili-sauce.
Buttered snow peas and in tomates cooked in olive-oil.
Blackberry-red wine-mousse as dessert.

Rinderfilet (sous-vide gegart bei 53,5°C für 80 Min.) an gebuttertem Reis mit einer Brombeer-Rotwein-Chili-Sauce.
Dazu in Butter geschwenkte Zuckererbsen und confierte Cocktail-Tomaten.
Zum Dessert: Brombeer-Rotwein-Mousse
