Chicken fillets stewed in white wine on Tagliatelle with white-wine-cream-sauce.
Blanched zuccini, carrots and bell pepper and artichoke-espuma.

In Weißwein geschmorte Hähnchen-Innenfilets auf Bandnudeln mit Weißwein-Sahne-Sauce. Dazu blanchierte Zuccinoscheiben, Möhren- und Paprikastifte und Artischocken-Espuma.

The espuma: too runny again. Probably too hot?! But again: the taste is incredible!
